A few years back we decided to downsize from a 9000 sq ft home in Puslinch to a 2400 sq ft home which give us the freedom to retire. We had been in our home for 15years & had accumulated a great deal of “stuff” as we had the space to do so. Me and my wife hired Anita last summer 2020 to help us find a house and sell our condo. She is very professional with what she does and knows all the hot spots in Guelph and which spots you may want to stay away from. She's from the east end, so if you're considering to live anywhere in that area; definitely reach out to her. Since we were selling and buying during Covid, a lot has changed. She did come in for the first meet to view our condo and make any suggestions for selling it. Then we pretty much communicated through e-mails and video calls; and e-signing. It all went very smooth. Anita is very patient, and took her time with us to explain everything thoroughly on the contracts before we signed them. If you're a first time homebuyer/seller, it's a lot of information to take in, so that's why you should get a good agent. The staging for our condo was awesome, her sense of design is very savvy. The open house was for a week, and then we sold it a week later. We were very happy with what we got for it. We bought a house on the North East end of Guelph. We bought it in August and moved into it in October. We're very happy here and plan to be here for years to come. Trying to find a real estate agent can be overwhelming, and we were very happy with choosing Anita. We would definitely hire here again
